Dace and I met up at the trail.  Rich Bruin met up Riverside to jump on the east end of the trail, and then we came back down the trail and ran the 5.5 mile loop around the river.  We also added 3 miles on the Bloomington trail.  

I'm loving the temps lately in the morning.  It's a welcome change for the better.

You're looking great for the sub 3 run in Oct. You're running some crazy miles. I know I would injure myself trying to put on those kind of miles. I'm going for the qualifier at the CA Intl. in Dec. I'm looking forward to running at sea level for once.
