Yep, I'm really cranking out the miles now. I had an early meeting to get ready for and since I didn't get out of bed until 6:20, I decided two miles would be just fine. And you know what? It was!
Keep on cranking the miles- you are on pace to almost break the 10 mile barrier this week! :) Gotta love post-marathon weeks, no excuses needed to take it easy.
That's a pretty ambitious schedule there, Chad. 11 miles next week. Or do you have to keep it at 10 miles for 2 more weeks?
By the way, I still think you should come do Logan Peak run with me in June. Price goes up June 1.
