More light stretching and easy core work. Hamstrings have no more soreness. Calves feel fine. The residual soreness now is just in my quads and IT bands. I'll run a bit tomorrow, but I'm planning to take it very easy for at least a week. I have no reason to hurry. ***Thanks to Sasha for adding the new "Search" feature to the blog.
