I thought I would be pretty sore from yesterday's workout, but I didn't feel too bad on this run.  I just kept the pace very easy and spent most of the run sorting out all the things I need to do between now and Sunday when we leave for Europe.

Nice run after the hard workout yesterday.

Have fun in Europe.

Hope you bag some good runs whilst over the pond.

How long you gonna be in Europe? Where you going?

From Chad on Fri, Aug 15, 2008 at 19:52:50

I don't know if I'll get to do much running, JD. We'll be hiking on a glacier most of the time. We're doing a five day trek on the Haute Route between Chamonix, France and Zermatt, Switzerland. We'll have a couple of days on both ends of that trip, but its' going to be kind of a whirlwind, I think. Probably won't be blogging much, but I'll try to check in. As of last night at least, it was snowing in Chamonix! We'll have housesitters holding down the fort here, maybe they can do some sub-blogs.

Have fun! Got any spare room in your tent/hut :) And don't worry about not blogging- I think we can survive that long without you. Hopefully.

Jon, Speak for yourself. I think we should start a support group for withdrawal symptoms of missing Chad's entries.
