Hey, eight miles, I'm cranking it up. I ran the U/Avenues loop. It was cold. I wore tights, long sleeve, gloves, headband. That's winter wear, dear reader.
Nice job getting out there this morning, I know it was d@#&@! COLD! Are you feeling fully recovered now? How long does it typically take to recover from a marathon? And finally, have you any races on the radar coming up?
We only got a dusting of snow up in Logan- not often we get less than you!
