Easy eight miles this morning on the U/Avenues/Memory Grove loop. It was overcast and slightly humid. Some people think it feels muggy, but I like it. It's been nice to have a couple of very easy days in advance of the Provo River Half tomorrow. Here are my goals: 1) make it to the starting line on time. 2) successfully adapt to unexpected changes in route, start time, etc. 3) complete race in approximately 1:14. |
