Another basic lake run in 46:33. Was thankfully able to control myself. Felt really good despite the hard effort yesterday, and for my 7th day in a row, I have no really ill effects. 41 miles for the week, and I'm going to increase a little next week while cutting back to six days; probably going up to 44ish (7.5-8 on Monday, and 11.5 on Saturday). Week of the race, I'll probably just do M-W, F, and light couple miles on Saturday. Looking forward! |
