I'm a former rower, looking at getting into some other form of competition after "retirement" from my pastime of the previous four years. I'm dedicated, but a little held back by my formerly 215lb 6'7" frame.
Still alive, but not feeling comfortable with the ankle yet. Maybe tomorrow. Rediscovering the rowing machine has gone well... though its almost scary how much muscle I've built changing just that (I haven't weights) in a week. Well, the narcissist in me can at least enjoy that for the moment!
Positive vibes on everything else though, feel great about life. This year has seen me with a better attitude towards the important things, and that's far more important than being able to run (though I'm still bummed about that!).
