| After our team building activity I warmed up for 2 miles. Once back I switched shoes for 5x1600 w/30s rest (5:20, 5:17, 5:13, 5:10, 5:02). I felt very in control during the 16s and my breathing was casual. Finished up with 2.1 of cooldown.

| 2.25 miles of warmup. It was really windy (from the north-west) so I prompted for 200s starting from the top of the north curve. 24x200m w/200m jog in between. Average 200m was 35. The workout took 25:03 to complete. Afterwards I cooled down for 2 miles in the trails.

| Warmed up for 2.5. Workout was 6x800 w/400m jog rest (2:23, 2:24, 2:24, 2:26, 2:27, 2:23). I woke up in the morning with a sore throat and was a little tired all day. After the 800s I did 8 100m strides and cooled down for 2 miles.

| 9 miles around Gage and the world-famous zoo while Luke biked next to me. The weather was really nice and there were a bunch of people out.
