| Started out with 6 miles of brutal mountain running... it took me 10 more minutes than usual at an easy pace. Finished up with 3 miles back to the condo. I didn't know which trails to take so I would wander around until I found someone who looked like what they were doing. I would then proceed to follow them from afar. It was a good move as I ran some pretty cool trails.

| Got done with college visit and started a little late... Was going to do tempo 200s on a track so I did a 3.5 mile warmup over there. When I arrived I found the school's football team practicing and didn't want to deal with them hopping onto lane one and other possible problems (since it was their track). So, I decided to do 1:00 up tempo (5:25 pace), 1:00 down for 3 miles. Finished it up with a mile cooldown.

| 2 miles of warmup. Windy day: 1x3200 tempo (10:00), 3 minutes rest, 8x400 (73,73,73,72,72,72,72,73) w/1:00 rest in between). 2 miles of cooldown. Workout felt good and the wind was very prominent on the home stretch.

| 2 mile warmup. Team wanted to do a practice DMR for pre-season standing. For 1200, 400, 800, 1600 we went 3:20, 53, 2:08, 4:33 for 10:54. We definitely have lots of room to improve but for a solo effort with moderate winds for 200m of each lap it wasn't a bad time. I ran the 1600. Afterwards me and P did 8x400 (79, 79, 78, 79, 74, 74, 73, 71) and a 4 mile cooldown.
