In Boulder: 2 mile warmup. Went to a local highschool track for my workout; 5x1600m w/30s rest (5:16, 5:30, 5:40, 5:40, 5:40). It was really windy and the altitude was noticeable. I started out too fast and felt it halfway through the second rep. 2 miles of cooldown around a disc-golf course.
