Left the house at 5:30 and made it about .25 away from the house and ran into Michelle and Mack so I ran into Payson and back with them and then went home so that Kellie could go run, but the weather had turned bad so she went to the gym instead.  Maybe try some speed work tomorrow????

Got up early and did some speed work in rain/snow!  This is the first time since July 25th that I have done any speed work and it isn't really anything to brag about but I have to take baby steps.  I did 10x1 min on 1 min off. So a total of 20 minutes, average pace for the whole 3.07 miles was 6:30.  When I got home I iced the knee just to be careful and then stretched and rolled the leg.

Got out this afternoon for a quick 6.2 mile run.  I ran up Elk Ridge Dr and then back down Loafer Cyn.  Legs felt good, the downhill kind of sucked but for the most part I am liking the NO PAIN RUNS!

Total tome 44:45

Met up with Rich and Travis this morning.  I really have missed running with Richa nd Travis, they are always fun to run with.  We met in SF and ran through the River Bottoms and then behind the Krishna Temple and then back through SF to the church.  It was a good  run, I can tell the legs are taking a little longer to get use to these longer runs.  We clipped along at a pretty good pace.  WE finished at 11.65 miles, normally  I would round that up to 12, but I am starting not to be so anal about that kind of stuff.  Great run and cant wait to run with these guys again.
