Stay healthy so that I can run long into my life! Try and get faster on shorter miles this winter. Try and focus on having fun with running and helping other people along the way!

No running again today.  My leg looks a lot better, so I am for sure going running tomorrow with my beautiful lovely wife.  I got a sitter so that we can both go.  My plan is to stay just enough behind her so that I can watch her cute bum the whole 20 miles! Maybe that was a little to much information???

Dustin I seriously need to run a race with you at a slow pace. So that I can listen to your impressions the whole time. Michelle is doing a 5 mile tempo tomorrow with him and asked if I wanted to go.....I declined. I am fat and out of shape and I don't need him telling me that.
