I've been feeling super antsy staying home and not exercising this past week, so I decided that today was going to be the day to start running again. Plus my weight has stayed the same for about 4 days (after dropping 1-2 pounds a day after Baby came) even though I'm breastfeeding and not eating a ton. So I took Tigger out to the high school track a few blocks away and started jogging. Things felt jiggly but not too bad. Then I peed myself. Even though I had gone to the bathroom before leaving home. I knew there had to be a limit to how much pee would come out, but after a quarter mile it didn't seem to be stopping so I went home. I'm going to try again on Monday.
