I ran down into Hell's Hole and I finally realized how out of shape I felt. A week without running can get to you. I think I may want to work on hills because during and after the workouts on the hill it was harder to breath. It was alright going up but coming back was really tough. I had to walk some of the way because I didn't feel too good. I had an alright run today. |
