AM - 9 miles, 7:28 avg. First time run-commuting. Rainy and cold.
PM - 8.7 miles, 7:16 avg. Snowy and cold.
8 in 8:20. Felt pretty wiped out, plus with the ice on the ground I just jogged.
Long w 2 miles pickup in 12:07. Sad how hard that pace feels right now.
