30 min elliptical + weights (squats, lats, dead lift, bench) + stomach

I got a stomach bug last week and was slow getting back on the wagon. Moving into the new house today, so hopefully will have the schedule ironed out soon and be able to get into a good groove.

I've postponed running again... My tib is still giving me pains now and then. I'd like to think it's phantom pain, but it's too consistent to explain away.

Purchased a Kinetic Road Machine to work the bike from home. Got it set up and put in an hour. Quite a workout. Kept the HR in the mid-150s for the bulk of the ride.

First night in new house. My goal is to get some consistency in training from here.

A bit saddle sore, so I bought some cheapo riding shorts of Amazon. Can't wait till they arrive so I can save myself some unneccessary pain.
