I made it out to Audobon to run with the local group. Relatively nice morning for the last day of June. And good company. Glad I was able to make the run.
No watch, but we started slow and cruised the final 5-6 miles. By feel I'd estimate a 7:30 avg with the last 5 around 6:30-6:50.
