Headed to City Park early this morning so I could do 8x200m reps on the practice track. 3 mile warmup, then I took the first 4 to warm into it and pushed harder on the last 4.

It was 82 F with a 76 F dew point... and it didn't feel too bad, aside from the puddles of sweat I left behind. Maybe starting the summer in better shape will make it more bearable.
