Easy 10 on the Urb. The air was so humid today it felt like breathing into a humidifier. Loved it. My right knee isn't hurting anymore but it feels slightly out of whack. I feel little twinges or friction here and there. I'm icing and stretching, hopefully it'll return to normal soon.
