AM - 3 x 1 mile @ threshold w/ 1:00 rests + 2 x 35s sprints. It was 80 degrees with a 77F dew point, but it felt much cooler somehow.

I felt great. My right hip continues to be a little sore, but I've been working on the IT band and I think it's helping. I figure that's the most likely culprit. Haven't felt many twinges, but it's usually just a little sore as I'm warming up.
