11 easy with Nanner. Headed down Boulevard and up to campus, Morning loop, then did a turf mile and drills/strides. Strides were excruciating, my butt problems are coming to a head, so to speak. It's some form of piriformis syndrome or sciatica, and it's gotten bad enough I'm finally going to go see someone. Grrr. Had major trouble accelerating past easy pace and it never loosened up.
