It was hard at the beginning my legs were still heavy and slow, after a couple of miles I started going a little bit faster and I finished with the last mile at 4:30/km. I hope it means recovery is really under way. As a side note last night for the first time in a couple of years I slept for 12 hours, and this didn't help. The weather was incredible I was running in shorts and short sleeves with temperatures around 70°F. |
