After two weeks I attempted again a 5 X 1600m series. The average time was exactly the same with the following splits: 6:16, 6:21, 6:29, 6:38, 6:36. Recovery time was 3 minutes. Two weeks ago I felt a little bit depressed, I thought I was faster (between 6:10 and 6:20) today it was a reality check and I have to conclude that this is where I am right now. At least I managed to do 8 good miles and another tough run is done.
