My name is Eugenio I was born near Rome, Italy, in 1972 and lived there for 29 years, then in 2001 I moved to Salt Lake City for work and for seven years and one month that was my home, since 2008 I am back to Italy. I started running in 2003 when I realized I could not ride my bike throughout the Utah winter.

A nice 5 mile run, my legs feel much better than last saturday. Tomorrow another rest day just to be cautious for next sunday. Weather is cold again, strong wind from the north, conditions for next sunday look bad, oh well not much I can do about it.

sorry for the delay answering. Thanks for checking my blog. I assume Camille is your name, for me Camillo was my nickname when I was a kid.
I have a half marathon this coming sunday,
this race is always windy because we running along the sea so no matter which direction this time of the year is always windy, on the warm or on the cold side but always windy.

This nickname started when I was 14 and I started shaving my beard like this guy
Camillo Benso di Cavour (he is an 1800 politician from Turin, you can Google his name to see what kind of beard I had)plus I had glasses like him, so for one summer that was my name. When the beard went away the name follwed. After that I kept using it as my alternative name, I would have preferred that name instead of mine, but Eugenio in my family has a strong tradition on both sides so my parents thought it was the perfect choice.
