Lame... I know.  No miles today...  But at least I got my fat butt out the door for the 2 miles, right?  Lame

A couple of miles is definitely much better than being a couch potatoe!

Thanks! :o) I needed to hear that. I'm just upset with my self because I was originally going to run 9 miles, but after work today, I just felt spent.

Making brownies is no easy job, I'll give you 0.5 miles for that!

=)

What a cute picture. That time with her is worth far more than any running. Being a working mommy who is trying to run is hard! I had to "work" twice last week and I did NOTHING, remember?

You are awesome. Never forget it.

Brownies are a legitimate excuse for not running. Daughter time, brownies and running over 2 miles fall into the realm of overachievement.

Thanks! I'm glad it's a legiment excuse, because I've done quite a bit of baking this weekend... and not very much running. Which I'm going to be trucking around extra weight if I don't wisen up!
