Great. I felt pretty darn good on the way to class. And felt pretty good as I started running, until I got about a mile out. The pain came, and I didn't dare do anything to make it even worse, so I just went back to my dorm. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical and then did an upper body workout. I don't know how long this is going to take, but obviously yesterday's goals were too high. I'm going to take tomorrow off and try again on Wednesday. Then Friday. It's the best I can do, and I just have to persevere through these troubles. |
