I'm kinda depressed after riding the elliptical bike for an hour; it just isn't fun at all.My knee is getting somewhat better, but I'm afraid of running on it and going back to square one. I guess i should be happy that I at least went and got some aerobic exercise. I'm not going to try and run until Monday. Hopefully I'll actually be able to run and start back into a good training schedule by then. I can't wait to start working hard and increasing my speed.
