Woke up this morning and felt sore, and not like going running. I went back to sleep and barely made it to class. Post-marathon training sucks. I went to the BYU weight room and rode the elliptical bike for about an hour. 20 minutes biking =1 mile running right? That was hard, but it was hard without stressing my legs. Good workout. I just have to mention that I was completely drenched in sweat when I was finished. There were no fans nearby, and it was . . . way cool, I thought. I tried to run on the treadmill for two to three miles after, but I just can't do it. I ran for about 30 seconds and then decided to stop. I always feel like I'm going to fall off the front by running too fast or fall off the back. I'm going to work on my treadmillophobia this winter though.
