I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

I finally have a run to blog about! :)  Ran this morning and felt really good.  My new shoes feel awesome and my shin had no pain.  

I am training for a 10 miler in June.  I may have to walk some of it but I am excited to have a goal and am happy to be back at it!!!
