Had to run on the indoor track today. I'm glad I have that option, but it is not my favorite way to run. Didn't eat enough this morning though, I was lacking in energy. I will have to play around with that.

Sounds good to me. I'm always up for some good music. I am one who can't run without it. I like the fun dance music. Keeps my feet moving.
