Bike for 20 min 2miles Pool running 5 min warmup 2 5x1:30min (30 sec easy recovery) 2 min easy btw sets 5 min cool down 32 min total= 3miles I'm back in the game!! The little kids are getting better. They both slept through the whole night!!! That hasn't happened in months, but my 7 yr. woke up. Will I ever get a full night sleep? I'm not holding my breath. :) Now my older kids are sick, but they are easier to handle. Great workout! It felt really good to be back at it. My shine was hurting while I road the bike though. I'm not sure why. Maybe it has to do with how i place my foot on the peddle(I don't know). I am always glad I get up and workout in the morning but it sure kicks my butt at around 1. I hope I can get a little nap. We will see. |
