Personal:

I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

I'm back in the game!!  The little kids are getting better.  They both slept through the whole night!!! That hasn't happened in months, but my 7 yr. woke up.  Will I ever get a full night sleep?  I'm not holding my breath. :)  Now my older kids are sick, but they are easier to handle.

Great workout!  It felt really good to be back at it.  My shine was hurting while I road the bike though.  I'm not sure why.  Maybe it has to do with how i place my foot on the peddle(I don't know).  I am always glad I get up and workout in the morning but it sure kicks my butt at around 1.  I hope I can get a little nap.  We will see.

You will get a full night's sleep some day. Kids do grow up.

Good job on the workout this morning. I hope you get a nap this afternoon.

Hop back into bed when the little boys go down! I'm going to pool run tomorrow at 5:15 if you want to come!

I hope you get a nap today too! Bummer that you're not running SL. Take care of yourself. Great workout today! I too wonder if there will ever be a time when I get a full night's sleep. I hope your kids get feeling better and sleeping better very soon!

And no I didn't get my nap. Oh well, early to bed tonight.
