5 min warm up 1 6x2:30 1 5x2:30 (30 sec easy recovery) (2 min easy btw set) 5 min cross country style 5 min cool down 50 min It was cold this morning!! The pool was crowded and that kind of bugs me. I had to do a lot of moving out of peoples way. Oh well, it help distract me. I did some of the cross country and really liked it. I can really feel it in my legs. I think I am extra tired today because I stayed up too late watching the movie "The Box". I do not recommend it. It was very confusing and the ending left you going "What". I am mad I used up precious sleep for that. I will pick the movie next time. Blind side comes out today and I think I am actually going to go buy that one. I haven't seen it yet, but my 11 yr. son has and he says it is a must. |
