Personal:

I have been married for almost 14 years to the best man in the whole world.  I have 5 awesome kids and am trying to "find joy in every journey."

I love to run because it involves only me and it challenges me.  It helps me feel good about myself.

Planned to run outside this morning.  Woke up and saw the now and wanted to climb back into bed!!  Thanks goodness for friends  to run with!

Once outside it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  I should of worn goggles though.  The snow was getting in my eyes!  It didn't matter which direction I was running oit was always in my face.

Wet feet and not fun to have!!

It was an awesome run!  Felt really good, but my right ankle and calf are kind of tight.  Will have to do a lot of stretching today.

Nice run and way to brave the elements. I've never tried goggles but a hat helps keep the directionless snow out of the eyes.

I am with ya! If I didn't have RAD and other friends waiting for me I wouldn't have gone running outside in the wet and eye jabbing snow either! Friends make running fun, wet feet, pruned toes and all! :)

where do you guys run? We'll have to team up sometimes!
