Felt really good to run with the team today but I really struggled towards the end and it was pretty hot. But I felt really good when we were done and I'm really excited for the rest of the season

Felt better today but grass runs are always a bit easier. Strides were actually a little tough but everything was good today.

I was struggling around the halfway mark but I got back with the boys and felt better again, Didn't get enough sleep last night because I went to Tuacahn and there shows go on forever. I need to get to bed at like 10 now again.

AM - 35mins with striders

The run was pretty hard today, my legs are really wrecked and it was really hard to finish the run even though it was short. And I also need to work on my arms a lot more than I thought but it still was a great run and I'm gonna try really hard tomorrow.

AM - 40mins

This run was very hard, and it was just huge pain in my quads and during roller coaster I was struggling so hard and I had to stop. I ended up losing the guys but my I didn't let my pace settle that much. My legs hurt really bad so I'm gonna stretch extra, roll, and ice today and hopefully tomorrow's easy run will help me get prepared for next week. I'm pretty nervous about next week because the minutes jump up really fast, but I really wanna work hard so I'm going to get into a positive mindset and just do it.

PM - 35mins with 3x3 pickups

Fet better today and plus we killed the pace. It was a really fun run and I was glad to be able to go fast and stay with the guys even though it was only 35 minutes. My legs are still really sore though.
