AM - 60mins Felt really gross this whole run from the moment it started. Maybe the humidity got to me but I just felt so sick and tired. I think I need to drink more water or something with my diet because I just feel so tired on all my runs and after. Like I had to take a nap yesterday and I haven't taken a nap in years. But I still feel like I'm working hard but I can be working a lot harder. So I'm gonna try to make tomorrow epic |
