I didn't get my run in like I wanted today.  But I'll be out bright and early tomorrow for sure.  Good luck to everyone racing this weekend.

Day 19 P90X - Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X

I always forget how hard this workout is.  100 assisted pull-ups.  Lots of lunges and wall squats.  Whew!  This P90X recovery drink better be working.

Oh yeah.  Something's working.  LOL!

Stupid computer at work always blocks out your pics. I'm gonna guess it's a picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger with your head photo-shopped on top. "I'll be back" to check my answer tonight after work.

Must be good stuff that recovery drink!

What flavor do you have?

From Burt on Sat, Jul 24, 2010 at 11:25:11 from 68.225.214.248

Joe - Arnie's got nothing on me!

Chris - It seems to work.

April - I have the orange flavor. I don't know if they make any other flavors.

Hey Calfzilla..... what's on tap for the weekend?

Nice carpet ! ;)

Whoa, came back to check my answer and the picture looks almost authentic! Can you dunk a basketball?! Very impressive. You can't see my calf muscles without a microscope.

From Burt on Sat, Jul 24, 2010 at 12:31:47 from 68.225.214.248

John - hmmm....maybe for a day.

Derunzo - unlike you, I don't wear short shorts. Calfzilla. Good stuff.

Eric - es una alfombra voladora (feel free to correct any of that.)

Joe - I haven't been able to dunk since I've been married. But for the longest time I could still touch the rim, so I thought I'd be able to again once I got back in shape. Wouldn't that be something? A 36 year old, 6'1" white boy dunking it!

Sweet!! :)
