Day 86 P90X - Core Synergistics - I used little dumb bells in lieu of the resistance bands that I usually use.  A little muscle confusion, as they say.  This entry is not meant to be funny, just like my last one.

From flatlander on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 10:29:47 from 76.31.26.153

I still haven't figured out your running route, your blog is going way too fast for me.

From Burt on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 12:11:05 from 206.19.214.144

You know it Colby. You can scroll back to see my 30 and 60 day pictures, too.

Flatlander - any confusion on my blog is a direct result of ChrisM's butchering of the English language. lol!

Must get well educated bells then, wisdom is the key !

From Burt on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 14:02:51 from 206.19.214.144

No, they're really dumb.

From RAD on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 14:14:01 from 67.172.229.125

From The Quiet Pirate on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 19:03:43 from 71.77.158.102

We're lowering the main sail and headed into land so we'll be sure to catch that 90 day pix when you post it. Some things are worth coming in off the high seas for.... :-)

From allie on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 19:16:48 from 174.19.51.35

did you spell lieu right the first time?

as they say -- 'they' being yourself, the government and jimmy fallon. right?

From Burt on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 19:21:57 from 206.19.214.144

Dekker sisters - thanks.

allie - Lou. Fallon was on last night when I pulled Core Synergistics out of the DVD player. I tried to watch him for your sake. He was dumping hot fudge and maple syrup on two dudes. He managed to suck all the funniness out of that, too.

From allie on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 19:31:52 from 174.19.51.35

i agree. jimmy fallon is not funny. at all. neither is the government.

but oprah...now she is funny.

From allie on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 19:32:47 from 174.19.51.35

what i meant to say was...you are at day 86! what a guy! so dedicated. big accomplishment is on the horizon. can't wait to see those pics...

From auntieem on Wed, Sep 29, 2010 at 20:50:59 from 67.182.144.71

So.. is muscle confusion a good thing? Because my muscles are soosoo confused right now. In lieu of running that is.

From SlowJoe on Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 01:12:40 from 84.11.148.245

If you do P90X backwards, it only takes 80 days.

From RAD on Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 01:16:45 from 67.172.229.125

Oh Joe, I just about busted a gut!! That is TOO funny!!!

From Burt on Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 03:01:46 from 68.225.214.248

allie - you are banned!

auntieem - You see, the theory is you work a set of muscles until they plateau. Then you take it to another level by working anothe set of muscles. It seems to work. Oh, you were just kidding.

Joe - NOW you tell me?!

From ChrisM on Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 03:09:33 from 86.178.235.148

if you do P90X backwards surely it is only 8 days (=08 :D)

From Scott Wesemann on Fri, Oct 01, 2010 at 02:07:29 from 75.165.249.90

From Scott Wesemann on Fri, Oct 01, 2010 at 02:11:38 from 75.165.249.90
