Day 70 P90X - X Stretch - Today is my wife's birthday.  I made her pancakes and scrambled eggs for breakfast in bed.  I had some pancakes myself, too.  And I've been eating a lot of junk food today.  Cupcakes, pie, ice cream, cake, nutter butters.  What does this have to do with my workout?  I don't know.  It must be getting late again.

Where's the like button? I feel too lazy to come up with something creative.

Yum-o!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your lovely wife!!

From Chad on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 13:31:47 from 168.177.153.5

I love nutter butters. But every time I get a craving I look at the price and think twice. Those morsels of peanut butter ecstasy are expensive.

From RAD on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 14:18:02 from 67.172.229.125

mmm...love junk food!

Happy Birthday to your lovely wife!

Wow, great job spoiling your wife on her b-day! I'm sure she loved that!

How is your P90X doing? Is doing day 70 a lot easier than day 7?

From The Quiet Pirate on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 15:17:27 from 152.26.59.252

What a great guy you are! Lucky lady to have a chef and a guy who will enjoy the finer things in life too- like ice cream and cupcakes and pie.

My husband likes to use his Cartman voice and yell at me, "Woman, get in the kitchen and make me a pie!!"- he's such a treasure :-)

Happy Birthday to Mrs. McCumber!!

From Burt on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 15:56:34 from 206.19.214.144

Sam - what on earth happened to your neck? Road rash? Indian rug burn?

Mike - that's creative enough.

Lily - and yum-E!

other Mike - thanks, man.

Chad - I'm sure I had the generic brand :)

RAD - thanks!

Deb - you're the second person to ask me that today? Well, not that EXACT same way, but if it's easier. The answer is yes. At day 7 I would purposely take it easy and pace myself so I could survive the entire workout. Now I just push to failure all the time. It's awesome.

QP - I didn't make any of the desserts. Just ate 'em. I'm not that great.

Well done on the carb-loading. Carbs are good for running, I hear.

From The Quiet Pirate on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 21:03:49 from 65.191.108.72

just as long as you didn't make her do the baking...I kid you not, I had a voicemail message today, "Woman, get in the kitchen and make me a pie." I'm a pirate, not a pie-rat.

From Burt on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 23:04:27 from 68.225.214.248

Joe - that's what they say.

QP - You are such an obedient scalliwag.

From KP on Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 23:40:57 from 173.29.127.169

you cooked in bed? how did you manage that?

From Burt on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 00:46:56 from 68.225.214.248

Er...you're not married KP. You wouldn't understand.

Actually I used my George Foreman grill and burnt my foot.

From The Quiet Pirate on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 10:01:51 from 152.26.59.252

because there's nothing as wonderful as waking up to the smell of bacon cooking. just be careful...using that grill can lead to real disabilities!

From RAD on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 10:05:40 from 67.172.229.125

mmmmm...nothing like bacon in the morning, except carb loading with fettuccine alfredo.

From Chad on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 10:09:53 from 168.177.153.5

Fettuccine for breakfast? That's just weird.

From RAD on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 10:11:33 from 67.172.229.125

Oh, fettuccine is best right before the race! :)

From KP on Tue, Sep 14, 2010 at 10:14:15 from 65.208.22.25

fettuccine for breakfast sounds yummy to me!
