Congratulations to all the participants in yesterday's St. George Marathon.  I found these pictures of a couple of the bloggers as they came in to the finish.

Walter Brown took a wrong turn but luckily found his way back on course for an 11th place finish.

Jeff McClellan came in 2nd place overall.  Here he is sharing a tender moment with his pet parrot, Paulie, who provided some much needed inspiration.

From ChrisM on Mon, Oct 05, 2009 at 05:54:13 from 130.88.123.4

I see Sam has thrown a "Spanner in the works" :)

From Burt on Mon, Oct 05, 2009 at 10:56:02 from 98.167.151.26

Scotch Mist? Sounds like a drink you'd order at a bar. "Give me a Scotch Mist, on the rocks."

Spanner?

Awesome pics!

I think I'll have to go and at least watch the St. George marathon in person because you don't see these things everyday. Any spaceships or pirates?

From Kelli on Mon, Oct 05, 2009 at 12:16:22 from 71.219.96.151

You are so funny! That picture of Walter is perfect, maybe it will make it in to a magazine as two of his other race photos have??? I am sure your version will be ever famous.

NICE!

From Burt on Mon, Oct 05, 2009 at 16:31:24 from 68.76.197.194

Mark - I didn't see any pirates or space ships this time, but feel free to browse back the last couple of weeks to see other pictures of FRB-er's finishing TOU.

To answer anyone's doubts, of course these pictures are authentic. Would a doctored photo have a shadow of a parrot? I don't think so.

Hey James. Weren't you the guy that used to have Sasha in hot pink shorts on his blog? Now that was good stuff.
