Yesterday afternoon I played basketball.  I haven't done that in months.  I'm quite rusty.  You might even say I stink.  It was raining while I was playing.  My wife asked if I played outside.  Really?  Anyway, this morning I was sore.  The rain cooled things down some.  It was  72°, but with the humidity and my soreness, I couldn't really enjoy the cooler temps.

Time - 28:00 (avg. pace 9:16)

Did you dunk on anyone? Maybe your wife thought that you just sweat copious amounts yesterday or played inside somewhere that just happened to be flooding...

Do you have a new set of sore muscles this morning?

From Burt on Wed, Sep 14, 2011 at 14:18:13 from 206.19.214.144

ACorn - I haven't dunked since I was 21. But I do sweat a lot. So, I got that going for me.

Auntieem - LOL! You know I do.

Are you sure you can't dunk?

From Burt on Wed, Sep 14, 2011 at 15:27:36 from 206.19.214.144

I should make it a goal to be able to dunk again before I'm 40. My knees will thank me.

I'm with ACorn, I can understand why your wife asked -- isn't sweat level 10 equivalent to coming in from a rain shower?

From Burt on Thu, Sep 15, 2011 at 15:09:49 from 72.223.91.148

Joe - My level 10 is about a 200-yr, 5-hr storm event.
