We got some nice rain tonight.  So nice that I just had to go running in it.  My Ragnar captain and I ran my usual 5 loop.  It didn't take long for us to get soaked to the bone.  One guy called us crazy.  We are crazy.  Crazy for running.

Time - 50:29 (avg. pace 9:17)

Splits - 9:20, 9:09, 9:12, 9:18, 9:18, 4:14 for 0.44 (9:41 pace)

Are you at work right now? They won't mind.

They didn't mind at all. I'm actually on my first day of a 13 day vacation. I'm going to sleep in!!!

Your Ragnar Captain: Is this from the previous Ragnar...or are you doing another one?

Serious mileage Monday. As today is Thursday, the burns are probably close to healing at this point.

From PRE on Thu, Dec 23, 2010 at 19:35:51 from 99.50.214.225

By the way.

Melodious - I didn't sing, but I should have sung a hymn for you.

From DonGardinero on Thu, Dec 23, 2010 at 21:12:02 from 68.26.26.143

Merry Christmas, Burt, just in case you don't post anything tomorrow.

From RAD on Fri, Dec 24, 2010 at 01:18:08 from 67.172.229.125

Tell them you're not crazy...you're just bored :)

From Rhett on Fri, Dec 24, 2010 at 12:37:40 from 216.67.218.76

I think you Ragnar Captain, if he truly is a Captain, should dress like Captain Underpants on his next run with you.

Merry Christmas Burt.
