Today my wife and I gave our talks in Sacrament Meeting.  She was really worried, but she did very well.  Here's the beginning of my talk:

Good morning brothers and sisters.  It's a pleasure to be in this ward, and it's a pleasure to be here today to give this talk.  Although, since I'm new to this stake, can somebody give me a head nod and let me know if the person right behind me is the stake president?  Yes?  (Pull a pen from my pocket)  Then I will be taking out this part of my talk, this part, can't say that..."

Day 7 P90X - X Stretch

This is just an hour's worth of stretching.  It does a body good.  I don't know why I don't consider this one to be my favorite.

I can totally believe that this happened ;-). I guess you did not tell everyone of your photo-shopping talent? I am sure the Stake President would ensure the radar was on you big time if he knew that!!

Very clever, Burt. I subbed in HP so to start, I pulled out my Android and in honor of the World Cup played on it the glorious sounds of the vuvuzela for nice background noise.

Were you working out on Sundee Burt? I knew it was only time before you would be joining the FRB Sunday sinner club.

Stretching would be my favorite. I don't know what's wrong with you.

Have not heard that opening before...well atleast about the Stake Pres...Actually you should include all that in your talk....could help minimize callings in the future...

Well, I was just called to be young men's secretary that very day. That's right, Bonnie. Secretary. Don't laugh. So hopefully I'll get to do that for a while.
