Since everyone's running the St. George half today, I felt it necessary to at least get double digits this morning.  I waited until 11am and it was still kind of cold with the breeze, but actually quite nice.

Time - 1:28:17 (avg. pace 8:44)

Splits - 8:30, 8:28, 8:30, 8:40, 8:46, 8:43, 8:55, 8:53, 9:05, 8:49, 1:00 for 0.11 (8:48 pace)

PM Workout

Day 6 P90X - Kenpo X

I have to admit.  This has been my least favorite workout of the P90X series.  It takes coordination, like a dancer.  I do not have that.  No, I don't think I can dance.

Thanks guys! I wanted to just do 9 minute miles, but I couldn't go that slow at first.

Way to hit the double digits!

Someday I'll think going 9 minute miles for double digits is slow...

Good going Burt. Nice pace for those double digits..

Toby - Thanks. I was running all over the neighborhood looking at the damage done from the storm.

beef - You just ran 9.4 in under a 9 min./pace. See, it's not that hard? lol. But I think my weight loss and the P90X is really helping because it seemed easier than it's felt in the past.

Eric - Now I need to do double digits every day like you.

From flatlander on Sun, Jan 24, 2010 at 15:43:48 from 75.169.50.2

Good solid run and pace, Burt, hope to see you this weekend.

Absolutely Mark. I'm even thinking about running you in because in theory I'll finish the 10k before you finish the half. So after I've caught my breath I'll head back out and find you.
