Nice pace! I haven't even seen your race report- going there now.

Mine are usually sore after a race, I guess we move race-only-muscles during the races...

Hey Burt,

Just wanted to say thanks very much for the note you left me a while back - I truly appreciate the support and encouragement. I'm excited to have discovered this website and online running community. I think it will be a tremendous help for me in working towards my goal of Boston 2010. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone. We had a wicked monsoon last night. Blew over a lot of trees. It even blew those irrigation wheels up into the electric lines, so they had to close down Queen Creek Road. Anyway, it's a lot cooler today, but oh so muggy.

Andrew, how's the non-smoking going? Maybe Eric Day can give you some pointers.

Burt, are you a lakers fan? Read your race report, nice race in the heat, the PR will soon be yours. No Dorky in that race time.

After much thought I have a solution to the heat/sweat problem:

Treadmill + Walk-in freezer

I think I stand to make millions of pounds out of this fine idea. Or not... :)
