I was hoping to get out and push the pace this morning, but my back is still bothering me from Friday.  I think my back hurts whenever I overeat.  Starting the diet again after taking a break since Thursday.

Time - 24:56 (avg. pace 8:19)

Splits - 8:21, 8:21, 8:14

Day 43 P90X - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps/Ab Ripper X

I...can...barely...type.  Last time I did Ab Ripper X I was able to do the last move, the Mason Twist, without stopping.  This time I hoped I would be able to say it was the first time I did the Fifer scissor kicks and Mason Twists without stopping.  You have to do 40 Mason Twists, but I only got to 33.  So close!

My neck, my back. My neck and my back!

Get it feeling better and run more miles. You can do it

I just noticed you have 316 hits to your blog and you still leave little ol' me comments!! Are you bored? :)

But mommyyyy...it's hurts!

Britta - you just wait 'til you've had that baby and you're running on a regular basis again. You're gonna be the most popular kid on the block.

You should type the blog entry before you do the Ab Ripper X workout!

lol. Actually it's the other workout that wore my arms out.

I thought P90X was fairly 'armless...

From RAD on Tue, Aug 17, 2010 at 10:20:27 from 67.172.229.125

Nice work Burt! I'm sure our crazy little ab's class is nothing like p90x, but I can barely make it through that. I can't imagine trying to do all these fancy finagled ab's that you're doing!! Nice work and pace on those miles as well.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 17, 2010 at 10:23:39 from 68.225.214.248

You ha ha funny man, Chris.

RAD - you just had a baby. What the heck are you doing abs for? First you try to bend the laws of time, now you're trying to bend the laws of anatomy.

From RAD on Tue, Aug 17, 2010 at 16:05:38 from 67.172.229.125

Not bend them so much as put them back! :)
