Day 22 P90X - Yoga X

I kind of took a break from P90X for a couple of weeks.  I was getting a little soft.  I thought my daughters might enjoy doing yoga with me.  They enjoyed it for about 9 minutes.  Then it was too hard or too boring.  But they stuck with me to the 90 minute end.  Yes, Kelli, by then my heterosexuality had been severely compromised.

you aren't doing a very good job of touching your toes...

From Lily on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 00:12:33 from 67.199.181.73

ur so flexible. Did you pull a groin muscles during those maneuvers?

From RAD on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 00:20:43 from 67.172.229.125

hmmm...a few weeks ago you were saying something about tight hamstrings? I think we now know why :)

From Scott Ensign on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 00:29:03 from 65.100.253.227

that's yoga? I thought you had to stand on your head or contort yourself like a pretzel or something? that looks easy.I think I will touch my toes now and brag about how I do yoga.

From Burt on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 01:18:51 from 98.177.220.145

KP - Maybe not. So I'll let you touch them....with your nose!

Lily - Yeah. Like three or four of them.

RAD - I'm pretty sure it went from tight to pulled. I just have to stretch lightly now.

Scott - I can do the advanced yoga too. You'll have to check out Scott Wesseman's blog from a couple of weeks ago for some photographic evidence.

Ry bought P90X about 8 weeks ago. It is still in the plastic!!! :)

Can you really touch your toes without a block?

From Toby on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 22:55:02 from 216.194.124.36

Love your pictures! Your going to do before and after 90 days right?

From Burt on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 23:37:35 from 98.177.220.145

Teena - with as hardcore as you are, you could handle P90X no prob. You should do it with him.

RAB - are you trying to be funny? I'll touch your toes with a block!

Toby - I will post the pictures if I can find a nice tan in a can product.

From Nan on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 23:39:31 from 174.51.250.151

I only last about 9 minutes in Yoga X too. I am SO inflexible. Way to get your girls going!

From Britta on Mon, May 10, 2010 at 12:33:54 from 99.88.147.244

How'd ya get such cute girls? How many children do you have?

From Burt on Mon, May 10, 2010 at 12:42:29 from 98.177.220.145

Britta - I know. It's hard to believe they're my offspring. Luckily I have a beautiful wife that is subject to hypnosis. Everyday I put her under a trance - look into my eyes...you think I'm handsome...

From Scott Wesemann on Mon, May 10, 2010 at 13:06:21 from 66.239.250.209

I think you look better when you are doing yoga in the tight black shorties. I think you're also more flexible in them. :) (manly smile)
