I'm thinking about getting that on Netflix. How long does it take? I hope my other Netflix movies aren't any indication of if I'll actually do the workout... I've had my current 3 movies for months and haven't watched a single one of them.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 11:08:08 from 24.8.167.243

You're doing P90X 2x/day now? That should get rid of the chicken fat, if it's not gone already.

From Burt on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 11:50:19 from 206.19.214.144

Kim Possible - There are 12 workout DVD's and it takes (drum roll) ...90 days. You do DVD's 1 thru 7 for the first three weeks, and then, well, I haven't got that far, so I don't know. But I think it would be tough on Netflix.

Carolyn - I've just been trying to catch up. I doubled it up yesterday, but actually the Ab Ripper X was supposed to immediately follow the Chest and Back. So I did it this morning since I did Kenpo X in the morning yesterday. Now if I do Plyometrics X tonight, I'll be all caught up :)

From ChrisM on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 12:56:02 from 217.42.248.214

Wow 90 days?! You should take a photo each day and then put them together at the end in a film to see the effects

From Rhett on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 14:01:35 from 74.32.222.202

So Burt, are there going to be before and after pictures of you with the p90X program?

From Burt on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 14:50:18 from 206.19.214.144

Yes Rhett. I'm going to do 30 day, 60 day, and 90 day photos. I may need to visit a tanning salon before it's all said and done.

From Rhett on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 15:29:20 from 74.32.222.202

Where's the day 1 photo?

From Burt on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 16:38:10 from 206.19.214.144

Day 1 is locked away and only I know the combination. If and only if there is a big time change in 90 days will I dare post them on the internet.

From RAD on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 20:26:05 from 67.172.229.125

Can't wait to see the pictures! :)

Are you doing the diet too? I've heard its the diet that really gets things going, but that it isn't ideal for runners - not enough carbs. Just curious for an opinion. I'm too chicken to try any of it!

From Bec on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 20:27:56 from 76.23.55.210

The sound of your workout makes my stomach cry. Ab ripper? EEK!

From SlowJoe on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 20:54:22 from 184.79.24.255

I agree with Bec. What does the X stand for? x-tra pain? x-tremely sore? I hope you made a sad pathetic face in the "before" shot so you can smile big in the "after" shot like the infomercials always do.

From Burt on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 21:00:06 from 206.19.214.144

RAD - I'm not doing the diet. But I've heard the same thing.

Bec - Tony Horton makes it very clear not to do it every day. It's pretty crazy.

Joe - all of the above.

You remember Doug from my last race report? Let me show you his sad before face and his happy after : http://teambeachbody.com/1milefitness

From Toby on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 21:05:45 from 216.194.124.36

Way to RIP-IT-UP Burty!

From SlowJoe on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 21:09:29 from 184.79.24.255

LOL! That's what I'm talking about - don't forget to shave your chest and get a tan to complete the program.

From Marathon Dreamer on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 21:18:02 from 200.52.168.6

OK Burt... question...can you do the whole video yet without resting? That is a tough DVD!! Can't wait to see a picture of your abs on here....:-)

From Burt on Tue, Apr 06, 2010 at 22:29:12 from 98.177.220.145

Hi Toby.

Joe - how about I shave FRB in my chest hair?

MD - I can't do the Fifer Scissors without stopping, and I can only get to 26 of the last one without having to stop. But I can say the whole thing by heart. Tip of the day, don't do this every day. You don't need it. You don't work other muscles every day, and you shouldn't work abs every day. Especially Ab Ripper X. LOL. I won't be able to compete with your abs, though.

From ChrisM on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 04:09:10 from 130.88.123.4

From ChrisM on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 10:04:42 from 130.88.123.4

From Scott Wesemann on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 19:00:14 from 66.239.250.209

Shaving FRB into your chest? You have my vote. This action by you is in no way valid without photo documentaion.

From Burt on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 19:35:01 from 206.19.214.144

Get a spray tan! They had a special at a local salon here for $5. I love mine - it definitely makes you looked super ripped.

From Merri on Thu, Apr 08, 2010 at 00:55:05 from 160.7.252.148

don't ever do anything with the words ab ripper in the title. doesn't sound good. did you ever read the twilight books? that's what happened to Bella in the last book.

From Scott Wesemann on Thu, Apr 08, 2010 at 01:26:15 from 75.165.253.111

Burt, that was the best post ever. I left you a comment over there. Now, if we could just get you on board with Hasslehoff...
