2 miles?  What a waste of my time!  Just kidding.  I only wanted to loosen up the muscles and stretch them out.  Nice even 9 min. mile pace.

Time - 18:24 (avg. pace 9:00)

Splits - 9:00, 9:00 (told you they were nice and even.)

Metcalf Running said she was daydreaming that she was in the lead of the Tour de France.  Perhaps her memory is just bad.  I know for a fact that she was.

See?

nice legs! I wish mine were cut like that! :o)

Burt, are you running in London's Run? I have noticed on the Arizona Event's Calendar that they have been rescheduling a lot of races lately (due to the rain).

From Burt on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 15:29:17 from 98.177.216.165

With legs like those, you don't need to shave.

Yep, Camille. I did the 10k this morning. Probably more like 11k, though.

From Camille on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 15:32:44 from 71.223.70.181

Nope, I wouldn't... and I'd be hot! :o)

How did you do? Was there a big turn out? What race you running in next? I go to the doctor a week from Tuesday and hope that he gives me his blessing to run. Brandon thinks I'll only be able to run around our street once. LOL. I hope that I'm a little better than that. I'd really like to run in the Ostrich Festival.

Well I didn't know the press had gotten out on my biking yet... so thanks for posting Burt!

I make that outfit look good! LOL

Camille - There were quite a few people there including two fellow bloggers.

Lori - you wear it well.

From Camille on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 18:33:05 from 71.223.70.181

you never answered the big question: which race are you planning on doing next?

Hey, was Greg at London's Run?

From Kelli on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 18:53:55 from 71.219.89.82

BURT!!!!!! Would you get to "clogging" your race already????? I had to think about it for half of my 18 mile run, and now I am patiently waiting.......

From Burt on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 20:02:58 from 98.177.216.165

Camille - The next race is Ragnar.

Kelli - Sorry. I'm waiting to see if they'll post the results. I have no idea what my time was. Plus I need to download my pictures.

Nice easy run Burt! How does the 2 splits at 9:00 pace equal 18:24? =P

From Burt on Sat, Jan 30, 2010 at 21:03:08 from 98.177.216.165

LOL Vinh. The last 0.04 was at 8:57 pace, but I was too lazy to type it in.
