Rode to work again today. I actually vaulted a little bit as well and had a pretty good time of it. My knee didn't hurt for that but I'm still going to take it easy for a few days to make sure things are all cleared up.
Biked to work. On the way home I hooked up with someone else from the lab and we had a pretty healthy ride until our paths parted. All in all a pretty good workout for not being able to run quite yet.
Rode Palomares canyon with Bill and then tried a 30 minute run with Cara. My knee help up OK but started to hurt near the end. We will see how it feels tomorrow before any conclusions can be made.
